1 Year Warranty against defects.
We stand behind our products. Your item is also warrantied against defects (other then normal wear and tear) for a period of one year from purchase.
To replace a defective item within one year, please contact us at info@backflipcase.com with a description of the defect, your purchase details (name, date, invoice number, and who you bought it from) and we will email you instructions on how to exchange for a replacement item. If possible, please include a photo of the defect.
