If there are any defects with the item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one within the first year.

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within
30 days for a complete refund (except for shipping and handling). Your
item is also warrantied against defects (other then normal wear and
tear) for a period of one year from purchase.
Here's how:
To replace a defective item within one year,
please contact us at info@backflipcase.com with a description of the
defect, your purchase details (name, date, invoice number, and who you
bought it from) and we will email you instructions on how to exchange
for a replacement item. If possible, please include a photo of the
defect.
To return an item within 30 days for a refund if purchased from www.backflipcase.com,
please email us at info@backflipcase.com with your purchase details
(name, date, invoice number) and we will email you instructions on how
to return the item for a full refund. Please note that the item should
be in unsused, unworn, and undamaged condition and should be returned
with the undamaged original packaging and shipping box to receive a
full refund of the product price (not including the shipping and handling).
To return an item purchased somewhere other than www.backflipcase.com, please contact that company directly for their return policy and instruction.
